These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of 11numberleathershoes.com and to any order you place with 11 Number Leather Shoes (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian place the order on your behalf.

11 Number Leather Shoes sells handmade leather shoes. You select a pair and a UK size. After the order is received, the workshop prepares that pair and ships it to the address you provide. Payment is cash on delivery.

Product photos, descriptions, and prices are shown in good faith. Handmade leather may show natural marks, grain, or slight differences in colour and finish from the photos. That is normal and not a defect.

You are responsible for choosing the correct UK size. A size guide is provided on product pages. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger size. Price may vary by size, as shown when you select a size.

Stock and sizes can change. An item shown as available may sell out before your order is confirmed. We may cancel or offer an alternative if we cannot fulfil the size you ordered.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order (by email, phone, or WhatsApp) or when we begin preparing the pair. We may refuse or cancel an order if details are incomplete, the size is unavailable, we cannot deliver to your area, or we suspect misuse.

Please check your name, phone number, city, and full address before you submit. Incorrect details can delay delivery or cause a failed attempt.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and are shown on the product and checkout pages. The amount you pay is the price of the size you selected, multiplied by quantity, as shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price at the time you place the order applies to that order.

Delivery charges, if any, will be shown before you confirm the order or explained when we contact you.

We currently accept cash on delivery (COD) only. Pay the order total in cash to the courier or our delivery person when the shoes arrive. We do not take card or online payment on this website.

If you refuse to pay on delivery without a valid reason under these Terms, we may cancel the order and decline future COD orders.

Pairs are prepared after you order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Timing depends on the pair, size, and your city. We will use a reasonable courier or our own delivery.

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave. Please keep your phone reachable. If delivery fails because the address or phone is wrong, extra delivery attempts may be charged or the order may be cancelled.

Please inspect the shoes on delivery. Check the pair, size, and obvious damage before paying. If the wrong pair or size was sent, or the shoes are damaged in transit, contact us the same day with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or another fair remedy where the fault is ours.

Because pairs are handmade and prepared to your size, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size chosen by you, or wear after delivery, except where required by law.

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once the pair has been prepared or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

You may use this website only for lawful shopping and enquiries. You must not misuse the site, attempt to access other people’s data, or copy our content, photos, or branding without permission.

All website content, product images, and the 11 Number name remain our property or that of our licensors.

We are responsible for supplying the pair you ordered in the stated size, prepared with reasonable care. We are not liable for delay caused by the courier, weather, or events outside our control, or for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Pakistan law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
